This December, Zikr Dance Ensemble is shaking things up a bit. Instead of our regular Fall Season fare of striking contemporary ballet, we are reviving the old holiday favorite, The Nutcracker, but with a twist. Zikr Dance Ensemble proudly presents The Nutcracker In A Nutshell!
Showcasing an international cast of world class professional dancers, stunning costumes, slide projections and of course Tchaikovsky's unforgettable score, The Nutcracker In A Nutshell is a one-hour mini-performance of the classic holiday favorite. Featuring nine of the most popular dance sections and narrated by Denver dance icon and Zikr Artistic Director David Taylor, The Nutcracker In A Nutshell will be a special treat for children and families at a very affordable price!
